Embassies of the United States and France in Turkey published messages that say possible attacks by terrorists in connection with the Promotions to burn the Qur’an in Europe.
“In connection with recent incidents with the burning of the Qur’an in Europe, the US government warns its citizens about the possible response of terrorists to worship in Turkey. Terrorists can attack without warning or with a minimum warning, aiming at the places of worship or places that are often visited Western citizens, ”the statement of the American diplomatic mission, is noted.
The French Embassy in Ankara recommended “the French living in Turkey or passing through it to show maximum vigilance in places of accumulation of people who can visit foreigners”.
