Missile system exploded in Taiwan

The Tyvan missile system Thunderbolt 2000 exploded during training firing, reports South China Morning Post with reference to the island defense department.

According to its data, the artillery jet system of local launch rocket launcher, Thunderbolt 2000, worked out missile launches as part of the exercises that passed in the district of Pindun in the southeastern part of the island. During the launch of the rocket, for unknown reasons, it was blocked at the installation, which led to the explosion.

It is noted that none of the participants in the exercises was injured.
