Naval missile base opened in Iran

Iran has hosted the opening ceremony for a new naval missile base for the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps, state news channel IRINN reported.

The ceremony was attended by high-ranking officials of the Iranian Armed Forces, including the commander of the IRGC Hossein Salami.

At the opening of the base, new weapons were presented, including a large number of ballistic missiles and missile systems of various ranges.

Also, the Republic’s Naval Forces were given the means to prevent “electronic wars”, which increased the range potential and the destructive power of the Navy.
