10 people were killed in Mexico in shootout of gangs

In the state of Verakrus in the southeast of Mexico in a shootout, ten people were killed between gangs.

According to the Mexican media, the armed incidents between rival gangs occurred in the towns of Tiuatlan and Akontin. Safety forces were transferred to these areas.

The conflict arose due to the showdown between organized criminal groups, the authorities report.
