In Baku, a 12-year-old teenager was sexually violent.
According to the site of the General Prosecutor’s Office, on the basis of the appeal of a resident of the Suurahansky district on the commission of violent actions of a sexual nature in relation to its young child (2010), a criminal case was initiated under Article 150.3.3 of the Criminal Code.
The criminal case is sent to the investigative department of the police department of the relevant area for the preliminary investigation. Currently, the necessary investigative and operational activities are continuing.
