As reported by Haqqin.az in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in 2018-2021, 19 staff members of the State Agency for Medical Social Expertise and Rehabilitation and Medical and Social Expert Commissions were released from occupied posts for gross violations in the performance of labor functions.
Documents were presented to the relevant authorities for the giving legal assessment. In addition, with respect to 11 employees of medical and social expert commissions that did not carry out objective decisions during the evaluation of disability and restrictions on health capabilities, disciplinary action was taken.
Thus, measures were taken against 30 responsible employees of the agency who were committed to the disability estimate. Also, in order to investigate the facts of fake documents to the General Prosecutor’s Office for the legal assessment, documents on the purpose of the disability of 266 people were presented.
