He noted that Azerbaijan attaches great importance to the development of international cooperation in the field of emergency warning and eliminating their consequences, and also emphasized the importance of MOGO in organizing global and coordinated activities to combat catastrophes.
The event also contains the head of the Russian Ministry of Emergencies Alexander Kurenkov.
It is expected that within the framework of a two -day session, a discussion of financial and administrative reports of the organization, medium -term development priorities, goals and areas of activity based on the presentation of the development strategy and the plan of measures to strengthen international cooperation will be held.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation, the head of the department, Alexander Kurenkov, noted the growing role of Mo, the task of which is to increase the security and safety of the population, improve national civil defense services in more than 60 member countries.
“Modern challenges and threats require us not only to constant work on ourselves, to improve skills, technology, equipment, methods, but also of coordinated joint work,” emphasized the relevance of cooperation between emergency services Alexander Kurenkov.
