In connection with the crash of the military helicopter of the State Border Service of Azerbaijan, a criminal case was initiated in the territory of the Khysinsky district, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Azerbaijan said.
According to the report, an inspection of the scene was examined with the participation of the leadership of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
“In the Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office, a criminal case was initiated under Article 352.2 (violation of the negligence of flight rules or preparation for flight, which led to death two or more people) and other articles of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
The Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan took a consequence of a criminal case for special control. The prosecution officers currently at the scene are intensive investigative actions.
On the morning of November 30, the military helicopter of the State Border Service crashed when performing training flights at the Aviation Polygon Garabayibat.
