A man drowned in the Caspian Sea. According to the Ministry of Emergencies, the incident occurred in the village of Shulyan, Khazarsky district of Baku, about 3 km from the nearest rescue point, on an uncontrolled territory.
Search is carried out by a diving and search group of public service for supervision of small courts and salvation on the waters of the Ministry of Emergencies.
