Fredederik Russell Carroll (Fredderic Russell Carroll) bought a lottery ticket at the gas station.
“Like everyone else, I hoped to win something. My son and I decided to experience luck and buy a ticket,” he said. After buying a man put a ticket in the wallet and forgot about him.
Three weeks after the Carroll draw, finally checked the ticket and found out that he needed to visit the lottery headquarters. He did not know that he won a million dollars until he came for winning.
