A new president was elected in Albania

Deputies of the People’s Assembly of Albania elected the former chief of the General Staff of the Bayrama Armed Forces running by the new president of the country, TASS reports.

Run gained 78 votes, of which 74 were from the deputies of the ruling Albanian Socialist Party. Thus, run will become the eighth president of the country and take this position after the expiration of the term of the current president or meta on July 24.
