On September 6, at about 15:00, the district prosecutor’s office of the city of Barda received information about the murder of a 24-year-old resident of the village of Mugalla Bardinsky District of Taran Mustafayeva.
In a statement by the Bardinian district prosecutor’s office, it is noted that the participation of the forensic medical expert was inspected the place of incident and the body of a woman. The investigation was established by the reasonable suspicions that the husband of the victim, Tural Mustafayev (1988) deliberately killed Taran Mustafayev, inflicts her knife injuries during the arms between them, in the soil of jealousy.
In the Prosecutor’s Office of the Bardensky district, a criminal case was initiated under Article 120.1 (intentional murder) of the Criminal Code, appropriate examinations were appointed. Tural Mustafaev is detained and attracted to a consequence as a suspect. The necessary investigative activities continue.
