The trial in the case of Rasul Rasulov, Orhan Safarov and Ruslan Mamedov, accused in connection with the explosion in the Location nightclub, was completed, Haqqin.az reports.
At today’s meeting of the Baku Court of Crime Crime, the chairmanship of the judge Faig Ganiev was read out the verdict.
Rasul Rasulov was found guilty of charges and sentenced to 5 years in prison, Orhan Safarley – to 4 years in prison. They will serve the sentence in the correctional institution of the local type.
Ruslan Mammadov was sentenced to conditional punishment with a trial period.
Judge Faig Ganiev said that Orhan Safarly fully compensated the damage caused.
