The State Committee on the problems of families, women and children commented on the question of an attempt to marry in the village of Gesley of the Saborybad district a girl who is not 17 years old.
According to the press secretary of the Committee Teymur Mardanoglu, conversations with family members of this girl were held.
“During the conversations, they said that they wanted to organize the engagement, substantiating this by the fact that the family was a sick person.
