In Iran, 975 women were released, the head of the judiciary Iran Gulamhuseyn Mhsini Ezheyi said this.
According to him, on the occasion of the birthday of the daughter of the Prophet Muhammad Fatima, 6 thousand women for a while were released home.
He also added that 502 prisoners were released in 15 provinces, more than 4 thousand convicts were softened.
Ezheyi noted that over the past month, more than 4 thousand convicts have been released.
