ABV Bank together with the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport launches a new project. The objective of the project is to develop human capital in Azerbaijan, as a result of which the preparation of professional ICT professionals for the labor market is planned. Thus, the students and graduates of higher educational institutions will be created for the acquisition of knowledge and skills in the following areas: programming, software development, design, etc.
In the framework of this cooperation in 2022, it is planned to prepare 200 graduates according to the relevant directions. In addition, the joint organization of the Bank of ABV and the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport will be implemented by the Marathon programs, incubation and accelerations. When implementing joint activities, the abilities of the ABB Tech Academy and the ABB Innovation Center will be widely used. Thus, scholarship programs will be available in the following programs that ABB TECH Academy will announce in the coming days.
This project is implemented as part of the TECHNEST scholarship program submitted by the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport in 2021. The main task of this program is the formation of a social community of competent, innovative and enterprising personnel in accordance with the requirements of the labor market in the field of ICT. Currently, within the framework of the program on a scholarsive basis, about 500 young people and adolescents are studying, 120 of which schoolchildren.
As for several years, the ABB TECH Academy and the Innovation Center of ABV have been operating, and this in turn demonstrates the active support of the Bank in the field of training specialists in the field of information technology and the development of a start-up ecosystem in our country.
Collaboration between ABV Bank and the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport will make a significant contribution to the development of an innovative ecosystem in the country, as well as the creation of innovative products and services.
