June 2 International Bank of Azerbaijan and the ADA University signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The agreement was signed by the Executive Vice-Rector of the University of ADA by Fariz Ismailzade and Chairman of the Board of the International Bank of Azerbaijan Abbas Ibragimov.
Study of various topical strategic activities of the Bank, carrying out joint conferences and activities and implementation of programs to improve the qualifications of bank employees. One of the main goals is also the employment of ada graduates with high knowledge and skills. The Bank will conduct relevant joint projects with the residents-residents “Big Data” and exchange information and experience.
For training young professionals, scholarship programs for students of the Faculties Information Technology and Engineering, Business or Others will be created. Resident student “Big Data” will perform the relevant bank orders. Cooperation also provides for joint project work, the organization of scientific and scientific and technical conferences, exchange of information and experience.
The Executive Vice-Rector of the ADA University Fariz Ismailzade emphasized the importance of training national personnel to achieve sustainable development, noting that the ADA University offers a double diploma program with many foreign universities, taking into account the rapidly changing requirements of the modern working environment. Cooperation with large companies is expanding on an ongoing basis: “Cooperation with the International Bank of Azerbaijan will open up new opportunities for the development of young people. Academic experience of the university and the practical experience of the Bank will accelerate the preparation of highly qualified personnel,” said Vice-Rector F. Ismailzade.
Chairman of the Board of the International Bank of Azerbaijan Abbas Ibrahimov spoke about the strategic plan for the development of the bank and drew attention to the experience and achievements in the implementation of digital banking, corporate governance, a sustainable and competitive business model. “We attach great importance to the development of a favorable environment for talented people and strive to contribute to the economic development of our country, attracting young people with high potential, contributing to their professional development. Cooperation with the ADA University will create new opportunities for this,” said Abbas Ibrahimov.
