Russian President Vladimir Putin appealed to the chapter of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov with a request to convey from the Russian military in Ukraine. It is reported by RIA Novosti.
“Thank you Ramzan. Thank. Thanks. You guys hand hello,” Putin said during the meeting in response to the readiness of Kadyrov to fulfill any order.
At the end of the meeting, Putin stated that he would call Ramzan Kadyrov separately.
