Trend reports that the police department received information about the illegal cutting of trees in the Altyaagach National Park. As a result of the investigation, this fact was confirmed. In this regard, a criminal case was initiated in the Khysinsky ROP under Article 259.2.4. (illegal cutting of trees with damage in large amount) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
During the investigation in the criminal case, the facts of corruption were revealed to the director of the National Park by Elbrus Aliyev and his deputy adalant Alekperov, who found their confirmation.
