laboratories operating at the Azerbaijan Institute of Food Safety (AIPB) are regularly involved in professional testing. In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results, as well as improving the competence of the laboratory personnel acting in AIPB, participate in international interlaboratory competence tests.
In the framework of these events on March 28, 2021, the National Reference Laboratory took part in the international test of interlaboratory competence under the program organized by the American Texas University on the “Test Aflatoxin”. The National Reference Laboratory AGMI received high results in the test of competence with foreign laboratories.
It should be noted that today testing laboratories, participating in the international tests of “interlaboratory comparison” (Proficiency Tests) with the participation of foreign laboratories and under the guidance of organizations such as FAPAS, LGC Standard and Pirbright in the UK, Muva Kempten in Germany and Bipea in France showed high results.
