Approved “Procedure for the development of an intracity plan”. The relevant decision was signed by the Prime Minister Ali Asadov.
According to the decree, in the first stage, in relation to the administrative territory of the city of Baku, the Baku Transport Agency, and in the cities of Ganja, Sumgait, Shirvan, Mingachevir, Evlah, Lankaran, Sheki, Naftalan, Shamkir, Guba, Tovus, Hussar, Bilyasvar, Masalala , Khachmaz, Guegel, Gyuchay, Agjabedi – Local executive authorities must submit to the Cabinet of Ministers within six months, the project “Outdoor Motion Plan”, providing a safe and convenient movement of all road traffickers in the road-street network of relevant cities.
