I think that the ambitions of different countries, a kind of struggle for the so -called leadership either in the region or in the world and the wrong assessment of their own potential, the underestimation of their visuals or opponents makes it difficult to cooperate.
This is the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in an interview with the Chinese television channel CGTN.
He emphasized that this leads to distrust, tension and wars.
“Our policy has always been based on cooperation in the true sense of the word, because we firmly believe that the key to success is only cooperation. The more you give, the more you help, the more you get. That is how the world works”, – said the head of state.
