Amirkhanyan and Melkonyan fell under sanctions of NGO of Ukraine

President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky introduced the decision of the National Security and Defense Council (NGO) of Ukraine on the introduction of sanctions against 94 legal and 13 individuals, reported on the website of the president.

Among the Sanctions of the companies, the Russian LLC Construction Company Dorlander, as well as LLC Granit 001, is found. Among the entered restrictions are the blocking of assets, the termination of trade operations, the complete termination of the transit of resources through the territory of Ukraine, to prevent capital withdrawal for The limits of the country, cancellation of licenses and others received in Ukraine, transfers RBC.

In the sanctions list of individuals, the founder of the “Dorlander” Araik Amirkhanyan is indicated. Ukraine also decided to block its assets located on the territory of the country, to limit the maintenance of trade operations, prohibit the conclusion of capital outside the state and introduce other restrictions.

The main business of Amirkhanyan is in Ukraine. Previously, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine stated that the businessman’s company entered into collusion during participation in the tenders for the construction of roads.

In addition, the Security Service of Ukraine suspected Amirkhanyan in financing the overthrow of the constitutional system and blocking more than 200 public procurement in the road sphere on billions of hryvnia.

In the spring of 2019, Amirkhanyan was detained when he, along with armed people, broke into the building of the road in the Odessa region.

The citizen of Ukraine Melkonyan Tigran is also in the sanctions list.
