An earthquake of magnitude 4.6 occurred in Turkish Kazakhmanmarash 23 September

In the province of Kazakhmanmarash in the southeast of Turkey, an earthquake of magnitude 4.6.

This was reported on Saturday by the Office for the Prevention and Elimination of the Consequences of Emergencies under the Turkish Government (AFAD).

The underground shocks were recorded at 11:22 local time in the Goxun area. The focus of the earthquake lay at a depth of 8.48 km.

At the moment, any negative consequences from the earthquake have not been recorded, noted in AFAD.
