Ancient burials and over 1 thousand artifacts were found in Mexico

As a result of archaeological excavations in the city of San Andres Cholul, 11 secret burials, 14 human skeletons and more than 1000 ancient artifacts were found in the central part of Mexico. This is stated in the report of the National Institute of Anthropology and History of Mexico (Inah).

According to the message, finds belong to the late post -classical period.

It is noted that no one touched the discovered human remains and pieces of ceramics since their burial.

According to archaeologist Sergio Suarez, the artifacts found are priceless and are a historical treasure.

Analyzes were carried out in order to determine what way of life people led, whose remains were discovered by archaeologists. This was announced by the physical anthropology specialist Martin Ernandez.
