“After the imposition of sanctions by the Government of Great Britain, the League Council removed the Roman Abramovich from the management of Chelsea,” the statement says.
The United Kingdom on Thursday expanded the sanctions imposed against the Russian Federation, including still seven Russians in a black list, including Abramovich.
