“Manipulative information is received, in particular, the visit of two or three microbiologists from Saratov, if I am not mistaken, in 2018. However, this was an introductory visit, which had nothing to do with the inspectorate of dual -purpose objects, I consider the medical one to the medical – Biological laboratories in the healthcare system of Armenia, ”the expert explained.
He noted that then Russian microbiologists came to the laboratory, but they were not introduced into the laboratory room. They just listened to the legend about what activities are being conducted there and left. The visit was more familiar, said Grigoryan.
“And this visit is presented with today’s authorities in Armenia as the admission of Russian specialists -inspectors. They are trying to present it as an inspection that has not found anything,” he added.
The expert explained that the inspection of biological objects occurs in a completely different way, at least after each such inspection a report should be made. In the case of a visit to Russian experts, there was no report.
“Therefore, to say that the admission of Russian experts is not limited to these objects – this, to put it mildly, is not true,” concluded Grigoryan.
