The speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia Alain Simonyan believes that it is necessary to quickly sign a peace treaty between Baku and Yerevan if possible.
According to the speaker, when it is said about signing the contract before the end of the year, this is not a consequence of the agreement between the parties, this is the deadline by default.
