“They were considered as actions aimed at supporting the authorities, so the decision of Armenia is not clear not to conduct the teachings, and no positive consequences for the country should be expected from this. If we proceed from the logic of the country’s authorities, then the Armed Forces should not conduct any exercises or events contributing to the combat effectiveness of the army, ”said Abramyan.
