Armenian who killed Azerbaijani was extradited to Armenia

Arman Arakelyan, sentenced in Russia to 18 years in prison for the murder of an Azerbaijani, was extradited to Armenia, where he will serve the remaining term. This was reported by the “Hraparak” edition with reference to the lawyer Artur Dashyan, who has been dealing with the issue of Arakelyan’s extradition since 2017.

Arman Arakelyan was sentenced to 18 years in prison, six of which have already served in the Murmansk colony. Ashot Orbelian and Hayk Tadevosyan were also involved in the case. As follows from the materials of the case, on the night of September 14, 2015, a conflict occurred between them and the victim.

A quarrel in a restaurant that belonged to Arakelyan (on Setevaya Street in Pushkin) ended in a fight, and then in the murder of an Azerbaijani.
