As part of Summer School, Digital Skills Project Lessons start

In the framework of the “Summer School”, organized by the Ministry of Education in general education schools of Azerbaijan, start the lessons of the project “Digital Skills”.

Lessons in the project classes “Digital Skills” will take place 2 times a week. They can participate as disciples of the project and students from other schools. For students who do not participate in the project, a special program for the study of basic knowledge of SCRATCH and Python programming languages ​​was drawn up.

Note that the “Summer School” was organized in Azerbaijan on June 16-30 in order to consolidate the necessary knowledge and skills of students and summarizing the materials studied. Students of the I-X classes of all general educational institutions can participate in the “Summer School” for free and on a voluntary basis. 177,935 students appealed to participate in the “Summer School”.

Recall, the goal of the “Digital Skills” project, which started in Baku in the 2017-2018 school year, is the development of students from algorithmic thinking, logic, project development skills, and programming bases. The project is aimed at improving the level of computer literacy of schoolchildren, attracting their attention to high-tech professions, as well as to prepare qualified personnel in the field of programming.
