Armenian police detained the persons who painted the monuments to the Nazi minister Garein Nzhde and the Argentinean General Manuel Belgrano, the Armenian media write.
According to the police press service, two men 29 and 39 were detained.
On November 15, the Yerevan police received a message that on the pedestal of the monument to Nzhda, and then the monument was Belgrand, there was an inscription on Farsi “Death of Hameni”.
