“I think this situation will return. As with the GDR and the FRG, as with the Baltic states … Something will happen in Russia, for example, the collapse of Russia, or something else that will happen,” Avakov said.
He clarified that Ukraine should be prepared for such a development of events so as not to miss the moment. “For this I am worried – suddenly there is a war, and we are not ready,” the minister said.
