French farmers tasked to keep domestic birds in quarantine because of an increased risk of the spread of avian flu.
These measures were taken by the French Government after the mass infection of birds in Denmark and the Netherlands last week.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture of France, in August of this year, 130 cases of bird flu have been identified in Europe.
