The message notes that Orhan Askurov once worked in the diplomatic mission of Azerbaijan in Moscow.
“We wish the early recovery to the wounded employees of the embassy’s security. We believe that the organizers and committed a barbaric attack will suffer a well -deserved punishment,” the report said.
