For the first time in Azerbaijan, forums of women leaders organized by the consulting company Ekvita, with the support of Coca-Cola Azerbaijan.
Forum held on the basis of two panel discussions, themes of which were the change in gender stereotypes in modern society and the growing role of women in various fields, such as business and jurisprudence.
The first panel on the role of women in business was devoted to the right to equal part in the management, women leaders and the problems they face. During the second panel, discussion participants with solid experience in the right of law discussed the strengthening of the role of women and their participation in corporate governance, and also talked about state support programs.
In the framework of the forum, an exhibition was organized in support of inclusion, on which women’s “organization of entrepreneurs-disabled people” demonstrated their handmade products. The second half of the forum was accompanied by classical music and ended in non-massive for dinner.
