As noted, the purpose of this historical arbitration case is to lay down on Armenia of responsibility for large -scale destruction of the environment and biodiversity of Azerbaijan during the period of illegal occupation of Azerbaijan recognized at the international level for almost 30 years.
It is noted that the Azerbaijani side requires compensation.
Azerbaijan calls on the international community to condemn Armenia for destruction during the occupation of one of the richest and biologically diverse ecosystems in the world.
, in the framework of the arbitration process, Azerbaijan requires Armenia to put an end to all continuing violations of the Berne Convention and pay Azerbaijan the complete compensation for the destruction of the environment that were under the occupation.
