Lenkran Prosecutor’s Office opened a criminal case against the Director of the School of School of School, Zeynab Akhmedova.
As the HAQQIN.AZ reported in the Lenkran district prosecutor’s office, the result was established that the director of the school of Zeynab Akhmedov during his work by issuing the actual not taught classroom clocks and other illegal paths assigned funds allocated from the state budget, a total of 3 thousand 849 manat. The fact of receiving a citizen to work for the vacant post of electrician for a bribe of 500 manat was also revealed.
Based on the sufficient evidence of sufficient evidence, Zeynab Ahmedova was charged under articles 179.2.3 and 311.1 of the Criminal Code and the preventive measure was elected in the form of detention.
The criminal case is sent to the Lenkran court in grave crimes for consideration.
