Azerbaijani and Turkish climbers rose to Khachadag

Azerbaijani and Turkish climbers committed a triumphant climbing to Mount Khachadag, located on the territory of the Julfinsky district of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan.

AzerTaj writes that in climbing Khachadag 2,415 meters high, on the anniversary of the victory of the Azerbaijani army, took part 11 climbers. The action is organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic together with the Federation of Air and Extreme Sports.

The procession started from the village of Gal of Julfinsky district. Having reached the top of the mountain, the participants honored the memory of the servicemen who died in the 44-day Patriotic War, deploying posters, began to wave the state flags of the two countries.
