The press service of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan reports that the meeting was attended by Deputy Ministers Commander Commander Troops, heads of major administrations, departments and services of the ministry. The meeting was analyzed by the current situation at the state border and territories of temporary deployment of the Russian peacekeeping contingent. The Minister gave an order to improve the service and combat activities, to increase vigilance in the coming holidays.
Having positively assessing the exercises held in the troops, in order to further increase the combat capability of the divisions, the Minister instructed to hold various teachings and practical classes in accordance with the conditions of real battle in the day and night.
was emphasized the need to pay close attention to the logistical and engineering support of units in connection with the winter period, including improving the conditions of service and strengthening medical support of personnel, the importance of timely provision of soldiers with warm clothing and nutrition was noted.
The Defense Minister gave specific instructions to officials on the systematic management of educational work, to further strengthen the ideological work and the moral and psychological support of the troops in order to their constant readiness for the performance of combat missions.
