The report notes that during and after the 44-day war in Karabakh, the Armenian government organized illegal pseudo-making campaigns to collect funds under the guise of humanitarian aid through the Armenian diaspl organizations operating in many countries using international payment systems, and collected under data Campassis funds were aimed at financing terrorist activities against civilians at the sovereign territory of Azerbaijan.
