Azerbaijani President and head of region discussed bilateral relations

In Baku on July 18, a meeting of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev with the head of the Kurdish regional administration of Iraq (Territory) was unclean Barzani.

During the conversation, the leaders spoke of a meeting held in Munich in February of this year, noting that at that meeting fruitful discussions were held related to the determination of key areas of cooperation.

At the meeting, the head of state with satisfaction recalled the visit of President Iraq Abdel Latifa Rashid to Azerbaijan in March of this year as part of the non-alignment movement and conducted discussions regarding the development of bilateral relations, as well as a meeting with the deputy prime minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs the cases of Iraq Fuad Hussein during his visit to Baku and discussing issues of the development of relations.

During the conversation, the issues of expanding trade and economic ties from the region, investment, cooperation in the energy sector, building up tourist opportunities, opening direct flights were discussed.
