Modernization and creation of new generating capacities at Azerbaijan TPPs will save up to 800 million cubic meters of gas per year, said the head of Azerenerzhi OJSC Baba Rzaev.
The capacities of power units 7 and 8 of this thermal power plant will be increased from 600 to 1880 MW, the Rzaev article published in the newspaper Azerbaijan.
