The delegation of Azerbaijan, led by the rector of the Military Research Institute, Arif Hasanov, made a visit to Iran at the invitation of the head of the Higher National University of Defense Iri Ismail Ahmadi Mugademin.

As part of the visit, the Azerbaijani delegation visited the High University of National Defense of Iran. The meeting emphasized the importance of mutual visits and similar meetings from the point of view of the development of cooperation in the field of science and education.
As part of the visit, the Iranian Army and the Department of International Cooperation of the General Staff of the Irana Armed Forces were also visited.
During the meetings, the parties held a thorough exchange of views on a number of issues from the field of military education, representing mutual interest.
