It is urgent to close the Metsamorsky NPP, said Sabina Aliyev, Commissioner for Human Rights,
“The activities of the Metsamor NPP should be urgently terminated to avoid a disaster similar to Chernobyl and Fukushima, and its radioactive waste should be taken under strict international control,” she said.
