Balakensky ROVD staff during road safety activities revealed drivers who control cars under the influence of narcotic drugs. This was reported in the Sheki regional group of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It was found that car drivers VAZ-21011 – Kamran Umarov and Vaz-2107 – Rasul Ismailov were under the influence of narcotic drugs.
During the raid, a resident of the village of Gullar Bagyir Mamedov was also detained. The investigation found out that he used marijuana and provided a taxi service on the VAZ-21014 car.
The materials collected in the case were presented to the District Court, which took action in accordance with the law.
