Actor Alek Balduin was charged with the unconditional murder of the movie operator Galina Khatchins, which he accidentally shot during the filming of the film “Plant”, reports BBC.

On Thursday, the district prosecutor Santa Fauri Karmak-Oultwis announced that by the end of the month the accusations would be brought against the couple, because after a thorough study of the evidence, she came to the conclusion that they were enough for the charges. “No one can be higher than the law, everyone deserves justice,” the district prosecutor added.
