As part of the tests, the electroopathic system of exploration, observation and target designations of the Aselflir-500, which has the highest characteristics compared to analogues in the world, was successfully integrated.

The second prototype Bayraktar TB3, PT-2, created at the AKINCI flight training and testing center, successfully completed the first flight test last week.

– The first flight with TCG Anadolu will take place in 2024

Thanks to its folding wing structure, Bayraktar TB3 UCAV will be the first armed unmanned aerial vehicle in the world that can take off and sit with ships with a short runway like TCG Anadolu.

The Chairman of the Baykar Board of Directors and the Leader of Technology Selchuk Bayrakratar announced that the company plans to start the Bayraktar TB3 tests on the TCG Anadolu ship in 2024. The capabilities of Bayraktar TB3 will be an important innovation for unmanned aerial vehicles of this class. The National UCAV, which will also be able to communicate outside of direct visibility, will be able to control from very long distances and, thus, will have a multiplier effect on the power of Turkey’s deterrence, performing the tasks of exploration, observation, exploration and attack with “smart” ammunition, which is equipped.
