During a telephone conversation, search and rescue work in areas affected by the earthquake, issues of providing humanitarian aid, were discussed.
Once again, expressing condolences in connection with numerous sacrifices as a result of an earthquake, Jayhun Bayramov wished the speedy healing to the wounded. He noted that Azerbaijan, as always, is located next to fraternal Turkey on these difficult days and will continue its support to eliminate the consequences of a natural disaster. Jayhun Bayramov expressed confidence that Turkey would withstand this difficult test.
During a telephone conversation, Mevlut Chavushoglu spoke in detail about the current situation in the area of the earthquake, about the course of rescue work. There was also an exchange of views on the current situation in the region and on other issues of mutual interest.
