Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jaykhun Bayramov told Azerbaijani reporters about visiting 27 citizens of the Iran of the Azerbaijani city of Hankendi.
According to him, no one provided the Azerbaijani side of any explanation about this.
“No one explained to us who these 27 people are doing in our territory?” – said Bayramov.
Note that in December last year, the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Azerbaijani was sent a corresponding note demanding explanations after the appearance of information about the illegal visit of citizens of Iran of Azerbaijani territories.
